Wei-Li Dai , Dr. Wei-Li Dai is a Professor at the School of Environmental and Chemical Engineering, Nanchang Hangkong University. He received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and Technology from Hunan University in 2010. His research is focused on the fundamental principles and key technologies of air pollution control and the development of environmental functional materials. He possesses extensive expertise in the thermal and photothermocatalytic oxidation of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NOx, and the chemical utilization of CO2. As a highly impactful researcher, Professor Dai has authored over 110 peer-reviewed papers in top-tier international journals, including Science Advances, Energy & Environmental Science, Environmental Science & Technology, and Applied Catalysis B: Environment and Energy. His publications have garnered over 5,300 citations, yielding an H-index of 44. He has been consecutively recognized in the “World’s Top 2% Scientists” list by Stanford University/Elsevier (2022–2025). His outstanding contributions have been honored with numerous accolades, most notably the State Technological Invention Award (Second Class, 2019) and the Science and Technology Progress Award (First Class, 2025) from the All-China Environment Federation.
