Abstract:
This study is designed to monitor users' exercise and sleep. The wristband uses built-in sensors to record real-time user exercise data, including steps, distances and calories consumed, and uses these data to provide personalized exercise recommendations. The bracelet also monitors the user's sleep quality, including sleep time, wake up times and deep sleep time, to help users understand their sleep habits and improve sleep quality. By connecting to a smartphone, users can easily view their health data and set exercise plans and sleep goals on the mobile app. The bracelet also has functions such as message reminder and heart rate monitoring, providing users with a full range of health management services. Through the field tests, the accuracy and practicability of the wristband have been verified, which has played a positive role in promoting the healthy life of teenagers.

1 Foreword
The Youth Health Bracelet is an innovative smart device designed to monitor adolescent exercise and sleep conditions [1]. With the acceleration of the pace of life in modern society and the increase of adolescent learning pressure, adolescent health problems have attracted much attention. By monitoring their daily exercise and sleep, problems can be found and adjusted and intervened, which can help to improve the health level of adolescents. The use of the adolescent health bracelet will provide strong support for the health of teenagers and escort their growth.
2 Literature Review
2.1 Research on The Relationship Between Exercise and Sleep
The health of adolescents is one of the key factors of social development, among which both exercise and sleep play a vital role in the physical and mental health of adolescents. In recent years, with the continuous development of technology, the health bracelet has become a popular health monitoring tool. This paper aims to design a youth health bracelet that can effectively monitor their exercise and sleep conditions in [2]. Through the literature review, we found that there is a close relationship between exercise and sleep. A good exercise habit can not only improve the quality of sleep, but also help to regulate the biological clock and promote the development of physical health. Therefore, we hope that through the design of this bracelet, we can guide teenagers to develop good exercise habits, so as to improve their sleep quality and improve their overall health status. By continuously monitoring and recording the data, we can better understand the adolescent exercise and sleep conditions, and provide them with personalized health management advice to promote the development of the adolescent health career.

In this study, we designed an adolescent health bracelet designed to monitor exercise and sleep. The health bracelet is a smart device that can monitor the user's exercise data and sleep quality [3] in real time. Table 1 shows the specific contents of the health bracelet monitoring program, including data on steps, distance, calorie consumption and sleep duration. Through these data, users can understand their exercise situation and sleep quality, so as to adjust their lifestyle and improve their health level. The innovative design of the health bracelet provides a convenient monitoring tool for teenagers and helps them establish healthy living habits.
3 Research Technique
3.1 Participant Recruitment and Sample Size
Participant recruitment is an important part of this study, and the research team extensively recruited adolescent volunteers to participate in the experiment through campus publicity and online release. In sample selection, we will screen the participants according to their age, exercise habits, sleep quality and other aspects to ensure the diversity and representativeness of the sample. Volunteers will wear our health bracelet to monitor exercise and sleep, thus providing data to support the [4]. Interested students can get detailed information and sign up for participate.
3.2 Data Collection Tools
Data collection tool: We will use a specially designed adolescent health bracelet as a data collection tool, which has the function of monitoring exercise and sleep. Through the built-in sensor of the bracelet, we can collect the exercise data of teenagers in real time, including the number of steps, exercise length, exercise intensity and other indicators, and can identify and classify the types of exercise. At the same time, the bracelet can also monitor the sleep situation of teenagers, including the time of falling asleep, sleep quality, the number of awake and other data, in order to fully understand the sleep habits and quality of teenagers. These data will help us to deeply study the exercise and sleep status of adolescents and explore the relationship between adolescent health status and lifestyle. Through the use of data collection tools, we will be able to obtain objective and accurate data to provide reliable support and basis for the research.
3.3 Data Analysis Method
Data analysis method: We used the quantitative analysis method to process the exercise and sleep data collected by the adolescent health bracelet. By developing mathematical models and statistical analyses, we were able to accurately assess the amount of exercise and sleep quality of adolescents and provide personalized health advice. During the data acquisition phase, we used advanced sensing technology to monitor the user's movement state and sleep patterns in real time. With data preprocessing and data cleaning, we were able to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data. Next, we performed descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis of the data using statistical software to explore the correlations and influencing factors between the data. We will use machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques to build prediction models to achieve accurate prediction and monitoring of adolescent health status. 4 Finding
4.1 Movement Monitoring Results
The exercise monitoring results show that the adolescent health bracelet can accurately record the user's movement track, step number, calorie consumption and other exercise data, and help users understand their exercise situation. Through real-time monitoring and data recording, users can adjust their exercise plans in time to keep them healthy. At the same time, the youth health bracelet can also provide exercise advice to help users make reasonable exercise goals and plans, and encourage users to keep exercise habits through real-time reminder and encouragement functions. The practicality and convenience of these functions can effectively improve users' participation and enthusiasm in sports, and promote the formation of a healthy lifestyle for teenagers. Through the exercise monitoring function of the adolescent health bracelet, it can effectively improve the physical fitness and health level of the teenagers, and improve their exercise ability and physical quality.
4.2 Sleep Monitoring Results

Therefore, by monitoring exercise and sleep data, we can help teenagers to establish a scientific lifestyle and promote the overall development of physical and mental health. The innovative design of the youth health bracelet will provide a full range of health management services for teenagers, help them better master the relationship between exercise and sleep, and achieve comprehensive health management [7].
5.2 Practical Analysis of Health Bracelet Monitoring
