Abstract:
This paper introduces a practical invention of intelligent sitting orthotics designed to help prevent the occurrence of scoliosis in adolescents. The device combines intelligent sensing technology and ergonomic design to monitor the user's sitting position and remind them to adjust it. The orthodontic device is made of comfortable and breathable materials, and is equipped with vibration reminder system and mobile phone APP, to facilitate users to understand the sitting situation at any time. After many experiments, the results show that the intelligent orthodontic effectively improves the sitting habits of adolescents and reduces the risk of scoliosis. The orthodontic is easy to operate, light and portable, and is suitable for teenagers who work for a long time. It is hoped that this practical invention can be more widely promoted and applied in the future.

1 Introduction
1.1 Research Background
Adolescent scoliosis is a common spinal deformity, especially prone to [1] during puberty with rapid growth. According to statistics, more than 60% of teenagers will have different degrees of scoliosis [2] during growth. Scoliosis not only affects the appearance of teenagers, but more importantly, it will lead to narrowing of the spinal marrow canal, affect nerve conduction, and even compress the internal organs. In severe cases, it will cause spinal deformity, such as hunchback, pain and other problems.
The occurrence of scoliosis in adolescents is closely related to factors such as incorrect sitting posture, playing mobile phone for a long time, and lack of exercise. Especially with the popularity of the Internet, the phenomenon of teenagers being sedentary and bowing too much has become more and more serious, further exacerbating the occurrence of scoliosis.
In this case, the emergence of intelligent sitting posture orthotics undoubtedly escorts the health of teenagers. Through intelligent sensing technology, the orthodontic device can monitor and remind users' sitting posture in real time, helping them develop good sitting habits and reduce the occurrence of scoliosis. This will not only help correct bad sitting habits, but also remind users to move activities, protect spinal health, and let teenagers have a healthier lifestyle.

The selection of study samples is very important when conducting intelligent sitting orthostudies. To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the study, we performed a detailed statistical analysis of the participating adolescents. Table 1 presents the basic picture of the study sample, including the number of samples, sex ratio, age distribution, etc. Through the statistical analysis of the research samples, we can better understand the characteristics of the research objects, and provide reliable data support for the analysis of the subsequent research results. In the process of implementing the practical invention of intelligent sitting orthodontics to prevent adolescent scoliosis, the basic of the basic statistics of the study sample is crucial, which can help us better evaluate the accuracy and reliability of the study results.
2 Cross-correlation Technique
2.1 The Current Situation of Scoliosis
In the modern society, the problem of adolescent scoliosis has gradually attracted people's attention. According to the survey data, the incidence of scoliosis in adolescents is increasing year by year, which has become a major hidden danger affecting the health of adolescents [3]. The main factors affecting this problem include genetic factors, incorrect sitting posture, and excessive learning pressure.
Genetic factors are one of the important causes of scoliosis, and if there are scoliosis patients in the family, adolescents are likely to be genetically affected. Maintaining incorrect sitting posture for a long time, such as excessive bow, hunchback, etc., will also lead to uneven spinal force, and then cause the occurrence of scoliosis. With the intensification of social competition, the learning pressure of teenagers continues to increase, and the long period of schoolwork and homework burden also increases the risk of scoliosis.
Therefore, for the adolescent scoliosis problem, the emergence of intelligent sitting posture orthotics will play a positive role in preventing and improving this problem. Through the application of intelligent technology, the orthotics can help teenagers to sit correctly, cooperate with reasonable training and exercise, effectively reduce the pressure of the spine, prevent the occurrence of scoliosis, and protect the healthy growth of teenagers. I hope there will be more attention and investment in the future, so that the intelligent sitting posture orthotics will become a good helper for the health of teenagers.
2.2 Sitting Posture Orthodontic Device
In the current market, there are already a variety of sitting posture orthotics. Among them, the most common include the back straight belt, waist support belt, corrected chest belt and so on. The principle of these orthotics is mostly by applying some pressure on the body, so that people can sit more naturally and comfortably to maintain the correct posture.
However, the traditional sitting orthotics has some limitations, such as the inability to actively remind users to maintain the correct sitting posture, and no intelligent function. With the development of science and technology, the intelligent sitting posture orthodontic device came into being. The device integrates sensors and a smart chip to sense the user's posture and remind users to adjust the sitting position through vibration or sound.

2.3 The Application of Intelligent Technology in Scoliosis Prevention

Intelligent sitting posture orthotics is an innovative invention that uses intelligent technology to prevent adolescent scoliosis. [5]. The schematic diagram is shown in the figure above. The user's sitting position is detected through the built-in sensor, and the user is reminded to adjust the posture immediately once the deviation is found. The intelligent algorithm analyzes the user's daily habits and spinal curvature, and provides users with personalized correction solutions. The smart correction device can also be connected to the mobile APP to monitor user behavior data in real time and generate reports to help users understand the correct sitting habits. Through the application of intelligent technology, intelligent sitting orthotics has brought new solutions to adolescent spine health, effectively preventing the occurrence of scoliosis [6].
3 Study Content and Methods
3.1 Research Content
According to the study, the intelligent sitting posture orthotics is a new device used to prevent scoliosis in adolescents. The device is able to monitor the user's sitting position and correct the incorrect sitting position with an intelligent adjustment function to reduce the occurrence of scoliosis. This innovative design will provide better sitting protection for adolescents to help prevent scoliosis-induced health problems [7].

Among them, Fcor represents the corrective force, k stands for the spring stiffness of the corrector, and θ is the deviation angle between the user's sitting posture and the correct sitting posture. This formula can help us better understand the working principle of the intelligent sitting posture corrector and provide mathematical support for further optimizing the performance of the equipment.
3.2 Research Methods
This study used a variety of methods to verify the effectiveness of intelligent sitting orthotics. We designed an experiment in which one hundred adolescents were invited, half using smart sitting orthotics and the other half using not. During the course of the experiment, we analyzed [8] by recording their sitting habits, the degree of scoliosis, and their physical condition.
We also used smart devices to collect data, such as using a smartphone connected to a sitting position orthotics to monitor the user's sitting position in real time. With these data, we conducted a more accurate analysis to better understand the effect of intelligent sitting orthotics on scoliosis prevention.
We also conducted a comparative experiment with the traditional sitting orthotics to verify the advantages of intelligent sitting orthotics. Through these research methods, we conclude that the intelligent sitting orthotics has a significant effect in preventing adolescent scoliosis, which can help them develop good sitting habits and reduce the incidence of scoliosis [9]. This provides an important reference for us to further explore the spinal health problems.
4 Experimental Results and Analysis
4.1 Experimental Design
To verify the effect of intelligent sitting orthotics in preventing adolescent scoliosis, we designed an experiment. We selected an experimental sample of 100 adolescents aged 12 – 18 years, with half wearing smart sitting orthotics and the other half wearing none as a control group.
In the experiment, we set parameters such as time of daily orthowearing, intensity and frequency of sitting orthotics, and had subjects receive measurement and evaluation of scoliosis angle once a week. During the course of the experiment, we also supervised and guided the daily living habits and sitting posture.
After 12 weeks of experiment, we found that the angle of scoliosis was significantly reduced in the experimental group wearing the intelligent sitting orthotics, while the angle of scoliosis was not significantly changed in the control group. At the same time, the sitting posture and living habits of the experimental group were also significantly improved, maintaining a better body posture.
Intelligent sitting posture orthotics has a significant effect in preventing scoliosis, can help teenagers maintain the correct sitting posture, relieve the development trend of scoliosis, and have a positive impact on the healthy growth of teenagers. We will continue to further study and promote intelligent sitting posture orthotics to provide health care for more teenagers.
4.2 Analysis of The Experimental Results
The experimental results show that the intelligent sitting orthotics can effectively remind teenagers to keep correct sitting correctly and reduce the incidence of scoliosis [10]. Through the intelligent sensor to monitor the body posture, timely remind and adjust the body posture, help users to develop correct sitting habits, effectively improve the problem of spinal deviation.
Comparing the data of the experimental and control groups, we can see that the incidence of scoliosis in the adolescent group with intelligent sitting orthotics is significantly lower than that of the unused group. This indicates that the intelligent sitting orthotics has an obvious effect in preventing and improving the scoliosis problem in adolescents, and has a positive role in maintaining the physical health of adolescents.
In practical application, the use of intelligent sitting posture orthotics can not only prevent scoliosis and other problems, but also cultivate children's good sitting habits, improve body posture, improve learning efficiency and quality of life. Therefore, intelligent sitting posture orthotics has a broad application prospect in the field of adolescent health management, and plays a positive role in solving scoliosis and other problems.
5 Conclusions and Outlook
In summary, adolescent scoliosis is a common spinal deformity that can affect their aesthetic appearance and health. The emergence of intelligent sitting posture orthotics escorts the health of teenagers. Through real-time monitoring and reminder of sitting posture, it helps them develop good sitting habits and reduce the occurrence of scoliosis. Through the application of intelligent technology, the intelligent sitting posture orthotics provides a new solution to the problem of adolescent scoliosis, and effectively prevents the occurrence of scoliosis. The effectiveness of the intelligent sitting orthotics was also validated in experiments, demonstrating its remarkable effect in the prevention of adolescent scoliosis. Therefore, intelligent sitting orthotics has a broad application prospect in the field of adolescent health management and provides positive help to solve the problem of scoliosis. It is hoped that more intelligent products will be published in the future to promote people to develop good living habits and prevent the occurrence of various health problems.
