2. Acceptable Manuscript Types
Research Articles: Present original latest research findings. Articles shall be illustrated with figures and tables, supported by authentic and reliable data, and draw convincing conclusions.
3. Journal Scope
This journal covers a wide range of topics concerning international economics and global governance, including but not limited to: global governance, regional and country studies, international relations, international organizations, public policy, international law, international development, as well as issues related to international economy and management.
4. Word Count Requirement
Manuscripts shall contain 4,000 to 8,000 words. Exceeding 8,000 words is permitted when necessary, while a minimum of 4,000 words is mandatory.
5. Manuscript Structure and Format
All authors shall submit manuscripts in the standard format specified by the journal. For authors’ convenience, we provide a template with comprehensive formatting guidelines. Please refer to the template to ensure full compliance with all requirements.

6. Figure and Table Specifications
Figures: All figures shall feature clear content and fonts, be center-aligned, with figure numbers and captions placed below each figure.
Tables: Three-line table format is required; table numbers and titles shall be placed above each table.

8. Manuscript Processing
Authors may track the latest processing status of their manuscripts via the submission system, communicate with editors online and revise manuscripts. The editorial office will also contact authors via email when needed.
9. Plagiarism Check
Authors must pre-screen manuscripts for similarity on iThenticate (developed by Turnitin, the world’s most authoritative mainstream plagiarism detection platform). The overall similarity rate of the manuscript shall not exceed 20%. Authors are required to submit the plagiarism similarity report together with the manuscript upon submission.
10. Article Processing Charge (APC)
No fees will be charged prior to manuscript acceptance. Once a manuscript is accepted, an Article Processing Charge of RMB 4,500 or USD 640 shall be paid.
11. Peer Review Timeline
JIEGG will deliver preliminary review comments within one week upon manuscript receipt. Accepted manuscripts can be published as early as the same month. The exact timeline for acceptance and publication depends on manuscript quality and revision progress.
