一、Conflict of Interest
A conflict of interest exists if the author’s institution has financial relationships with other individuals or organizations. The safest approach is to fully disclose such relationships to the editor. Failure to declare conflicts of interest may result in the editor publishing a statement in the journal’s correction column. All submissions to this journal must include a declaration of all relationships that could be perceived as potential conflicts of interest. Editors may use this information as a basis for editorial decisions and may require disclosure of such conflicts if they are deemed significant for readers to evaluate the article’s value.
The corresponding author should confirm that they have access to all data and materials from the research and assume full responsibility for submitting the manuscript. A subheading titled Conflict of Interest Statement must be included at the end of the article, disclosing any financial or personal relationships with other individuals or institutions that may unduly influence (bias) their work. Examples of financial conflicts of interest include employment, consultancy, stock holdings, honorary positions, paid expert testimony, patents or patent applications, and travel grants received within three years of starting the research described in the submitted manuscript. If conflicts of interest exist, authors must explicitly state them in the article.
二、Role of Funders
All sources of research funding must be acknowledged in the Acknowledgements section at the end of the article. If there are funders, authors must include a subheading titled Role of Funders at the end of the Methods section, describing the funders’ involvement in study design, data collection, analysis and interpretation, manuscript writing, and the decision to submit the article for publication. If the article does not have a Methods section, the funders’ role should be described in the Acknowledgements. Authors must also state if funders had no involvement in the above processes.
三、Author Commitments
Authors must ensure that all submitted articles:Are original manuscripts and not simultaneously submitted to other journals.List only authors who have made significant contributions to the work, with no disputes over authorship.Contain truthful and reliable data and images, free from any academic misconduct.Do not violate copyright agreements with other publishers or confidentiality agreements with collaborating institutions; authors will bear full responsibility for any issues related to infringement or leaks.Have no conflicts of interest.

四、Ethical Statement
If the research involves human or animal subjects, authors must include an ethical statement in the manuscript and provide an ethical review report issued by their institution’s ethics committee.
五、Copyright Ownership
Upon publication, the copyright of open-access articles belongs to the authors. Authors agree to grant Macao Scientific Publishers (MOSP) a free license for the following rights: publication, distribution, modification (under the premise of maintaining the manuscript’s integrity), reproduction in print and electronic formats, online communication, republication, translation, and other rights permitted by law. Without MOSP’s written permission, authors may not authorize other individuals or institutions to publish any part of the article in any form.
