Submission Process:
MOSP provides a simple submission method. Authors or their supervising teachers can fill in the content via a form and submit through the official system, by contacting an editor, or via email. An editorial decision will be made within 15 working days, finalizing the submission process. We will issue an official acceptance certificate to every author whose work is successfully accepted, certifying that the achievements of each young scientist or artist have gained expert recognition. We guarantee that no fees — including editing fees, publishing service charges, or article processing charges — are required after article acceptance.

Public Welfare Principle:
This journal series adheres to a public welfare principle. There are no mandatory fees or other restrictions. However, to better maintain journal quality, we also offer a limited set of optional paid services, including translation and polishing services, copyright registration, and hardcopy production fees. Furthermore, as a contribution back, we freely provide special issue/supplement support for youth activities in various regions. The core of MOSP's authority building is independent evaluation. We are building scientific review teams across various fields to independently assess youth works, free from government or commercial interference.
